LEAD
The CO LEAD program is a post-grad opportunity to help college students around the world come to know Christ, establish a relationship with Him, and be equipped to lead others to do the same. Through life-on-life discipleship and evangelism, LEAD empowers and equips students to further the Kingdom and grow into the leaders God designed them to be.

Today’s youth are less prepared for life than ever before. Due to technology, polarization, and the fracturing of authentic relationships, young people face an increasingly uncertain future in an uncertain world. When the next generation is at stake, a solution is needed.
Deep Relationships and Personal Growth
We have found that growth and change occur best in relationships oriented around a shared purpose. Young people today long for deep connections with others and desire to make a meaningful contribution to the world. The CO LEAD program is designed to prepare university graduates to lead lives of impact and service to the Lord.
