In CO’s early days as a ministry, individual endeavors drove our growth. As one CO student felt a burden for a new campus, staff often followed, creating a new campus ministry or even a separate region. We call this spiritual multiplication.
Today, global growth follows the same framework as a ‘missionary mentality’ is integrated into international discipleship.
