Tyler McEnroe

Tyler grew up without much of a faith background, but through a campus ministry at the University of Nebraska, he stepped into a personal relationship with Christ. After becoming more involved in the ministry and attending a summer-long faith and leadership project, he gained a deeper understanding of Jesus' mission to reach the nations and what it means to be a disciple who makes disciples. One verse that deeply impacted Tyler's desire to pursue ministry overseas and to join the team in Birmingham, England, was Ezekiel 22:30, "I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found no one." This verse reminds him of the need for people to go and share the good news of Christ. Tyler knows that if someone had not shared the gospel with him, he would have missed the grace and redemption God had for his life.
