Thank you for your desire to partner with Campus Outreach SERVE as labor to reach the world through college students! Here are some commonly asked questions related to online donations. Whether you are a university student, a Campus Outreach staff member, a Campus Outreach hub church leader, a parent of a missionary, or a financial partner, view our programs below and see how you can be a part of a global gospel movement.
How do I give stock or mutual funds?
Campus Outreach SERVE welcomes gifts of publicly traded securities. For general information regarding the gifting process or for specific instructions for stock and mutual fund transfers, please email servedonors@campusoutreach.org or call 507-CO-SERVE (507-267-3783).
How do I give online?

How do I login to my online giving account?
Click the Access My Giving button below.
- Enter the code that was emailed to you into the text box and click the GO button.
- Enter the email connected to your account and click the GET CODE button.
How do I edit, add to, or end my online giving?
Select “View All ▸” next to the Recurring Donations section to access your recurring giving.
How do I update my payment methods?
Select “View All ▸” next to the Payment Methods section to access your payment methods.
Can I give one-time gifts online?
Yes! You can donate a one-time gift online at any time. Just be sure to set the “how often will you donate” field to one-time?

Can I give through a debit/credit card?
Yes! Our system allows you to give through your bank account as an eCheck or a debit/credit card.
Will I receive a receipt for my gift?
Yes, receipts for electronic gifts (eChecks or debit/credit cards) are emailed as soon as your payment is processed.
How can I access past online giving statements?
First, accessing your iDonate Giving Account. You can see the question “How do I login to my online giving account” above for help.
Next, click “View All” next to Recent Transactions. Then click export to get your current year giving or previous year giving.
When will I receive my end-of-year receipt for tax deduction purposes?
Year-end receipts will be mailed mid-January.
What percentage of my gift goes to the person or event I specify?
International missionary ministry funds are assessed a 9% administration fee.
Is there a processing fee with online donations?
Yes. Electronic checks cost on average $0.45 per transaction. Credit/debit card fees incur 2.0% – 3.0% transaction fees based upon card terms. Donors are given the opportunity to pay these fees when giving online.
How does Campus Outreach operate?
Campus Outreach operates through partnerships with thousands of individuals and organizations. We reach college students with the gospel through individuals, churches, alumni, businesses, and foundations faithfully giving to our mission. Staff members raise funds to undertake their ministries. Donations are used for our staff’s compensation and ministry expenses, ministry programs, and for student discipleship training and mission projects.
