Emily Lemke

Being raised in a Christian home, Emily knew all the right answers to say, but these truths had not truly changed her heart. She lived a life of checking all the right boxes to look clean and tidy on the outside, but felt exhausted as she strived for this goal of perfection and tried to earn God’s love. After high school graduation, she went to a summer camp, where she understood the Gospel for the first time. God doesn’t want the checked boxes of religion, but truly desires a relationship with us! Since then, Emily has continued to grow in her knowledge and love of Jesus and has found so much joy in inviting others to follow Him through evangelism and discipleship.
