Midwest Network – Development

The Midwest Network Development Fund provides financing for the equipping and growth of CO staff serving in the Midwest. To faithfully and fruitfully build laborers on the campus for the lost world, it will take mature, healthy, and experienced staff. To have those staff equipped and positioned to minister effectively and with longevity, we need intentional investment into these staff. Our vision is to strengthen men, women, minorities, resource staff, and other campus workers through retreats, assessments, coaching, and ongoing development while connecting them to one another.
