Sydney Althauser

Sydney grew up in Holton, Kansas, a town where most families attend church regularly, and she knew very few people who wouldn’t identify themselves as Christians. She always had a heart for God, but it wasn’t until she went to college at Kansas State University that she truly learned what it looked like to obey and walk with God daily. Sydney got involved with Student Mobilization on campus, attended their summer project, and spent two summers in Southeast Asia. Through these experiences, God burdened Sydney’s heart with a desire for her friends, family, campus, and the world to come into a relationship with God and to help others do the same.
