Expand
Opportunities to EXPAND Globally
Currently, Campus Outreach has invitations from over thirty churches around the world to receive a Campus Outreach team. These churches desire to partner with CO to launch a university outreach ministry in their city and country.
Expansion is Difficult
The biggest obstacle to Campus Outreach responding to these expansion requests is a full pipeline of leaders ready for the challenge. Our ability to launch new ministry teams rises and falls on leaders who are available, ready, and equipped for the task.
Equipping Leaders for Expansion
For almost 50 years, focusing on expansion – reaching the next person, the next sorority, the next campus – has been core to our mission. To do this, we provide leaders with the tools and training they need to serve effectively in their ministry so they may impact more people and places with the gospel.
Expansion Services
Leaders are prepared for expansion as they are equipped with the knowledge, vision, character, and skills to carry out the work. We deliver a menu of equipping services so that leaders have the competence and confidence to oversee university outreach ministries in partnership with their local church.

Training for Campus Staff Leaders
Today’s campus environment rapidly changes from one year to the next. Campus Outreach staff members must constantly adapt to students’ values, questions, and choices. We offer evangelism, discipleship, and campus ministry training for new and veteran staff members.
-
Training for Administrative and Operational Staff Leaders
The impact of our work with students on campus is only possible if there is infrastructure to sustain and support it. Just as leading the campus work requires training, so does operating the administrative side that supports the campus work. We deliver training through conferences and certifications so administrative staff can effectively run the business side of their ministry.

Training for Executive and Senior-level Staff Leaders
As Campus Outreach staff progress through the leadership pipeline, they often realize that the skills that carried them to where they are will not be sufficient to take them forward. This is especially true as leaders transition from leading a single campus to overseeing a regional footprint of campuses or even an entire geographic network. We guide these executive-level leaders through tailored, custom-built development plans so they can lead and serve effectively.

Network Conferences
Campus Outreach is organized into eight geographic networks. One network may stretch across several states, while another contains locations in multiple countries. We deliver much of our leadership training through network teams and collaborate in geographic expansion through those networks. Network Conferences are where much of these trainings are delivered, and vision and collaboration around expansion occur.
